Terms & Conditions

1. Cancellation before 15 days before check in date: rupees 250.00 per person will be deducted as a Administrative Charge.
2. Cancellation before 8 to 14 days before check in date: 1 Night cost will be deducted as a Administrative Charge..
3. Any other Cancellations: no refunds.
4. All transactions in our system are reconciled with operators and payment gateways on transaction + 2 working day (excluding Sundays & holidays) basis.
5. 5. For all transactions which have failed and where we have received payment confirmation from the payment gateway, refund will be automatically initiated. Please note in refund cases, the concerned bank may take 10-15 working days to post a credit to your account. However if amount got deducted from your account/card you can submit online complaint.
